Tchibo – Surprising, irresistible and of the highest quality

Formed by Max Herz in 1949, Tchibo has stood for freshness and quality on the coffee market for over 60 years. The original coffee shipper has developed into the worldwide company we know today, which is is now active in many more areas than the traditional sale of coffee. Over the course of the years, Tchibo has steadily developed its product range and sales channels and provides diversity and quality worldwide with strong brands.

Sometimes, even we are in awe of this. In respect of the product range, many customers indeed ask themselves what Tchibo actually does NOT have. Alongside coffee specialities, we now sell holidays and mobile phone contracts, as well as fashion and technology. Simply surprising, of the highest quality and always new.

But how does everything fit together? Very simply: By being interested in the things our customers love and do not (yet) have. Everything which is enjoyable in a surprising way. Everything which is without doubt beautiful. Everything which is beneficial and manageable. Here, as well as market analysis, we respond to the statements and requests of our customers on site in the branches, depots and coffee bars.
