Thirty different types of pasta are made in the family business: from durum wheat semolina and freshly cracked eggs and of course without preservatives. There are pastas with pleasant-sounding names like pappardelle or spaghetti alla chitarra. The flavors range from spinach to basil to saffron, the filled pasta tempts with ricotta, spinach, salmon or porcini mushrooms. The gnocchi, tender potato noodles that melt in your mouth, are almost heavenly. Of course there are also fresh, matching sauces. The absolute hit is the pesto, but the Amatriciana sauce or the porcini mushroom sauce are also worth a try.
If you don’t want to wait until you get home, you can prepare your favorite special combination on the spot in just 4 – 6 minutes. Maybe add a piece of ciabatta or a glass of wine… and it’s (almost) like being in Italy.
